A seven-day forecast presents every day as equally knowable, which is not true, and it leaves the ranking work to you. This decision page does the ranking and states the confidence. Each of the next seven days is scored from temperature comfort, rain risk, wind and weather code, then sorted so the recommendation is a single named day rather than a grid you have to interpret. The runner-up is shown alongside it with the specific reason it lost — two degrees cooler, or a 40 percent rain probability against 10 percent, or gusts that would spoil an exposed plan. Every day carries a confidence band derived from forecast lead time and the variability in the forecast. Days one to three typically sit at Very High or High and are safe to make a booking on. Days four and five are Moderate, meaning the direction is reliable but the detail will move. Days six and seven are Low and should shape your intent, not your reservation. We deliberately cap the recommendation at seven days because forecast skill for the variables that decide a good day degrades sharply after that, and presenting a day-twelve number with the same visual weight as tomorrow would be dishonest. If your plan is flexible in kind as well as in date, the activity verdicts on each day will often point to a different answer than the overall score.
Scores are capped by dealbreakers — heavy rain, dangerous wind, thick fog or hazardous UV pull a day down no matter how pleasant the rest of the numbers look.
